On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a generous dining table and an open-hearth fireplace that adds both charm and comfort to the space. The fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally from this area, complete with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the kitchen, direct access leads out to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

On the first upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available for guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom features 2 individual beds. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
