This semi-detached vacation rental extends across 80 m2 spread over 2 levels, offering a well-organized and characterful interior with a practical rustic style throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom accessible from inside the house, along with an additional bathroom reachable from the outside.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Direct access from this room leads out to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dedicated dining table within the kitchen area itself.

The upper floor is reached via a steep staircase and houses both sleeping areas. The first bedroom is a walk-through room furnished with a 160 cm French bed, while the second bedroom contains 3 beds of 80 cm each. The shower, bidet, and WC are located on this upper floor. An additional bathroom fitted with a shower and WC is accessible exclusively from the outside on the garden side.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Exceeded our expectations. Friendly and communicative host. We were, apparently, their first UK guests; previously all had been German!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison spacieuse traditionnelle. La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement idéal pour visiter les alentours. Le propriétaire est très disponible, a de bons conseils et sait faire plaisir. Il est très sympathique. L'équipement de la maison est très complet. Il y a des ventilateurs dans les chambres qui nous ont été utiles car il a fait très chaud en ce mois d'aout.

The owner is very available, has good advice and knows how to please. He is very friendly. The equipment of the house is very complete. There are fans in the rooms which were useful because it was very hot in August.
