Property Description

Conveniently located in Celle, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Lucca. Il Nido is a beautiful stone building (50 sq m) with WiFi internet, hot tub and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

The Experience
The last 100 m of access road to the house are through a narrow and steep road, which is fine only for four-wheel small and medium size cars.
Otherwise, the clients will park at about 100 m from the accommodation.
In the village, you can find a good restaurant within a short walk (100 m).

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the mountains perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Outside you will also find a hot tub, barbecue grill and playground. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Anlage ist super schön,und gepflegt..Ist alles da was man braucht.
Die Vermieter sehr nett. Man hat alles für sich alleine und umzäunt, Hund kann nicht abhauen.
Das einzige mango ist es liegt sehr hoch oben in den Bergen die fahrerrei ist nervig ,da es sehr kurvig und eng ist.Vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus ist es steil und nicht gut zum hochlaufen sehr anstrengend,, mit unserem Auto Audi auch keine Chance zum hochfahren wàren aufgesessen.

Prachtige plek met daarop een typisch Italiaans huisje, wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Ook de tuin is erg fijn met het zwembad en jacuzzi. Het huis heeft airco dus ook fijn als het in de avond afkoelt of overdag te warm is. We werden ook erg vriendelijk ontvangen door hele lieve mensen.

Tranquility, nature and privacy."Il Nilo" is a good equipped house, situated in the mountains, about 25 km north of Lucca. You can enjoy every day the view over the mountains with forrest, the birds and a big garden with a lovely, clean pool. Everything is just for you ! The owners, friendly and very helpful, live somewhere else but they maintain there property very well.
We enjoyed this house ! During the day there is always a place in the sun and also a place in the shade. If you like tranquility, nature and privacy, then this is the place to go. We add that you must be ab good walker because of the differences in height. A top location, literally and figuratively.

Una casa fantastica!!!! Appena si arriva ci si scorda della vita frenetica, si è immersi nel verde!!!! Il giardino, la piscina e soprattutto la vasca idromassaggio sono il top!!!! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto ospitali, complimenti.
