The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with access to the terrace, one bedroom with two beds, and another with a single bed and a double bed, along with a shower/bidet/WC. Please note that one double bedroom is located outside of the main apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful seaside villa. The view is stunning, there are plenty of rooms and terraces and garden, so even with many people everyone finds his or her space. Within an hour drive one can find beautiful villages, the lagoon of Orbetello, the ferries to Giglio etc. We love Maremma and will be coming back!
