The second level contains two large double bedrooms each with stunning sea view, two very large and stylish bathrooms, a large dressing room and closet area and laundry room. The villa accesses a very large terrace and patio positioned to highlight the sea view and to encourage convenient outdoor dining and sunbathing.
Directly below the villa is the primary guest apartment which is totally independent of the main villa with a separate patio, separate car and pedestrian entrance, separate equipped kitchen, bedroom, lounge and bathroom.
About 60 meters away within the olive grove is a second guest facility which can comfortably accommodate a single guest or a couple in comfort and privacy. Living, bed room, bath room and outside barbecue.
In the middle of the property the panoramic pool 14 x 7 ( open from May till September) 2.50m deep.
