- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Anlage ist sehr geflegt und ist auf jeden fall weiter zu empfehlen!Eine sehr sehr nette Familie die euch hier erwartet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in einem schönen geflegten zustand.Wir können dem Anwesen und der Familie wirklich nur Danken und geben daher 5 Sterne für diesen Urlaub.

We were delighted when we arrived at La Mirandola to find a quaint, well appointed, rustic Tuscan villa. The quality of the villa definitely exceeded our expectations!! Beautiful pool area, comfortable, clean deck chairs, sun umbrellas and a good- sized, clean, slightly cool, yet very refreshing pool! The owners were incredibly gracious, friendly and helpful! We were lost on our way to La Mirandola and our host gave us good directions in French and met us half way to escort us to the villa. They also provided us with great suggestions for local sights and restaurants and they have a tastey local Chianti for €3.50 per bottle on offer! We had a wonderful experience at La Mirandola and I would highly recommend it as a spot to just relax and unwind or from which to explore Tuscany.
