Alla Piazzetta Proprietà is a beautiful stone building (140 sq m) with internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 11 people comfortably in five bedrooms with two bathrooms. Alla Piazzetta Proprietà is located in Palmata, Italy and only 14 km (8 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings".

The property is composed of 3 apartments (NOT communicating internally), each with its own independent entrance and one of them is uninhabited.

When you arrive you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Gastgeber, das Haus und die Umgebung waren super. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Ein kleines Manko war der Pool. Der Pool ist etwas abgesetzt vom Haus. Man muss über eine kleine Straße laufen. Es sind zwar nur 20m aber das war uns leider nach der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht klar. Ansonsten alles Top.

The pool is slightly separated from the house. You have to walk across a small street. It's only 20m but unfortunately that wasn't clear to us from the description of the house. Otherwise everything was great.

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Capodanno alla proprietà la Piazzetta. Ci siamo trovati molto bene,gli appartamenti sono ben curati,puliti e provvisti di ogni confort,lavatrice,lavastoviglie, camino,e televisori in ogni stanza.
Il proprietario Federico, molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Lo ringraziamo vivamente.

het was een prima huisje. Jammer dat het eigenlijk twee aparte huisjes waren. Dit was voor ons onvoldoende duidelijk. Jammer als je met een gezelschap gaat.
