Charming residential complex comprising 2 farmhouses dating back to the 17th century recently restored and turned into 12 charming apartments, all of which providing tastefully furnished interiors. Perfect for your holiday, this villa is situated in the historical centre of the nice medieval town of Greve in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany (all kinds of shops).
Distances from the villa: the main square of Greve in Chianti with bars and excellent restaurants is only a few hundred meters away, Florence 25 km, Siena approx. 35 km.
At guests' disposal: fenced equipped garden and shared swimming-pool (9 x 4 m - maximum depth 2 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10), playground for children, relax area with hammocks along a river, barbecue. Every apartmament is provided with a WI-FI Internet access at € 20,-/per weekShared washing-machine (€ 2,-/ per wash) and iron at guests' disposal. Parking within the grounds. Small pets are allowed. On request it is possible to reserve an apartment suitable for disabled people.
Extra services: all of the apartments are provided with satellite TV and some of them with air-conditioning (to be paid extra on the spot). By arrangement baby bed and extra bed available free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement € 7,- / per hour, payable on the spot. Bicycles for rent.

The apartment's location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It would be good if the kitchen facilities are better and provides something (tray etc) to put bath stuff in the shower room. Please also provide electronic mosquito prevention devices.
