In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sauber, und sehr anheimelig....man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch die Größe der Wohneinheit war absolut in Ordnung, eher aussergewöhnlich viel Platz. Die Betreuung durch Enzo und seine Tochter war absolut perfekt, Probleme gabs eh keine. Die Landstraße die leider unmittelbar am Grundstück vorbeiläuft kann, wie hier schon öfter beschrieben, manchmal etwas nervig sein. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Das ist ein richtiges Kleinod. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können nur groß DANKE sagen !

The size of the living unit was also absolutely fine, with an exceptional amount of space. The care from Enzo and his daughter was absolutely perfect, there were no problems anyway. The country road, which unfortunately runs directly past the property, can sometimes be a bit annoying, as has been described here several times. But we would come back at any time. We had a lovely week at the Villa, however we did have some points which we were keen to share.
Firstly - there was no indication that there was no insect screens over the windows. We were bitten alive within the first 10 ins of arriving, without any repellent with us. Fortunately we went straight to the shops and returned with coils, sprays and creams. We had to close the windows each night which made the villa very hot as there was no air con and only basic fans!
Secondly - We were not for warned about the cleaning charge until we had the booking confirmation. We left the villa clean and did not believe that it warranted an 80 Euro fee.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
