Guests of this property can enjoy shared access to the beautiful garden lawn and flowers, as well as a large swimming pool that measures 6 x 12 meters with a depth of 100 to 190 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 13th to September 24th, and is perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. For those who need to stay connected, the vacation rental also has internet WiFi available.

In addition to the shared amenities, the house is also equipped with a washing machine that is available for shared use (for an additional fee). Heating is available for an extra cost and is only available from November 1st to April 15th. Parking is available on site for guests who choose to drive. Interior Description

Il Salice is a comfortable and tastefully furnished 4-room apartment located on the ground floor, spanning across 110 square meters. The spacious living room boasts an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen satellite TV, perfect for cozy evenings in. You can also enjoy direct access to the garden from the living room.

The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, both with garden access, and one single bedroom. There is also a walk-through room with a pull-out bed, providing accommodation for up to seven guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with five hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer.

The apartment features two modern shower rooms equipped with bidets and toilets. Please note that access to the bedrooms and bathrooms requires negotiating a few steps up or down.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace furniture and make use of the barbecue facilities. The apartment also offers WiFi connectivity at an extra cost. If you are traveling with pets, one dog is allowed.

Late check-ins are possible after 19:00h at an additional cost of 30 Euro, payable in cash upon arrival.

2. Visit her Museums

Speaking of the fine exterior of the Civic Archaeological and Sacred Art Museum is attractive, the collections held inside are also appealing. It houses archeological finds dating from antiquity and art dating from the thirteenth to the eighteenth centuries. Everything inside is from the surrounding area but the sacred art section is particularly noteworthy quality, boasting a wooden crucifix by Giovanni Pisano, the Triptych of Rofeno by Ambrogio Lorenzetti, and the great masterpiece that is the Nativity of the Virgin Mary by the “Maestro dell’Osservanza”, among others. In addition to this, there is the Cassioli Museum, which was established in 1991 with an extraordinary bequest of artworks by the family of artist Amos Cassioli. It is the only museum in the province of Siena that is dedicated entirely to Sienese paintings from the fourteenth century and also boasts excellent graphics and sculpture sections.
