Fattoria Fronzano is a lovely stone building that has a total of four independent units that is conveniently located 510 m (1636 ft) from San Donato Fronzano, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Florence. Fattoria Fronzano, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.
Piazza 2 Bilo (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to three guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to three guests. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
