Property Description

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful holiday rental with air conditioning and shared pool. The country resort has a total of seven separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.
The photos are just an example of the type of apartment.
Washing machine available for the use of all the guests.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court, patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

the "farm" was lovely. there was only wifi at the pool/reception area but i think that is probably quite common it this area. we had originally booked another place until we realised THEY had NO wifi at all. it was a very peaceful place to be. although on the map it seemed a way to the beach it was quite easy with a car. it was in the middle of no where but a huge vineyard. we walked around a bit at night and the AMOUNT of stars you can see?????????!!!!!!!! wow.

La struttura è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione della zona agricola limitrofa al castello di Casalappi. Sono stati ricavati appartamenti di varie dimenisioni; il nostro era posto su due livelli , due camere da letto e soggiorno con angolo cottura perfettamente attrezzato. La struttura deve essere considerata come una casa vacanza ed è dotata di piscina e di una zona attrezzata con giochi all'aperto per i bimbi piccoli. La zona è tranquillissima, il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti di auto e nel vicino paese di Riotorto c'è un fornito supermercato. Ottima la connessione wifi gratuita.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The complex is derived from the restructuring of the agricultural area adjacent to the Casalappi castle. Apartments of various sizes have been created; ours was placed on two levels, two bedrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The structure must be considered as a holiday home and has a swimming pool and an area equipped with outdoor games for small children. The area is very quiet, the sea can be reached in a few minutes by car and in the nearby town of Riotorto there is a well-stocked supermarket. Excellent free wifi connection.

Malownicza lokalizacja, stylowe kamienne domki, pokoje utrzymane w stylu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Dodatkowy plus to basen z pięknym widokiem. Obiekt położony blisko węzła autostradowego, jeżeli ktoś planuje zwiedzanie.

Pasteggiare sul terrazzino con vista sul Borgo e sulle colline. Passare qualche ora in piscina ( anche lì veduta panoramica!) al ritorno dai vari giri che il territorio offre, mare compreso. Siamo stati benissimo
