Agriturismo La Pieve is a nice property having a total of three separate apartments that is conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Colle Di Val D’elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 17 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. Agriturismo La Pieve, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.
Ermitage (55sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two people. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
