Villa Il Prato is a beautiful stone building (660 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 17 guests comfortably in nine bedrooms with ten bathrooms. Conveniently located in San Pancrazio, Italy in the tourist area "Central Tuscany" and only 33 km (20 mi) from Arezzo. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 17 km (10 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and personal items.

The main villa is internally made of 4 different apartments.

Adjoining the main villa, there is a dependance on 2 levels, offering kitchen-living area with dining table, burners, fridge, freezer, TV, one small bathroom with wash-basin and shower on the ground level; on the upper level, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with wash-basin, bidet, small shower, wc.
The dependance can be accessed from both the ground floor and the first floor.
