The villa is part of a large estate of more than 800 hectares, dominated by an historical Abbey built on the 12th century, it is surrounded by forest and valley and has a total privacy which is the ideal spot for an unforgettable Tuscan holiday.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 14 people.

With short drive is possible to find the characteristics Val D’orcia towns and hamlets, such as Abbazia San Salvatore, Pienza, Bagno a Vignoni, end the thermal towns: San Casciano dei Bagni di San Filippo and Chianciano Terme.

At the closest train station of Chiusi Scalo (18 kilometers from the villa) is possible to take a train for Florence, Arezzo, Rome and other destinations in Tuscany and Umbria.

Ground Floor: entrance into a small living area, a door leading into the large living room with big fireplace sofas and arm chairs, on the left of the small living there is a dining room with large table, form the dining area a door give the access to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 burns), electric over, toaster, fridge, freezer, dish washer, there is also an original wood oven for pizza. From the dining room there is the access to the night area in the ground floor with 3 bedrooms each with two French beds, all bedrooms have its own bathroom with bathtub, one of these bedrooms has direct access to the garden and a little living area.
First Floor: from the dining room a stair case give the access to the last 4 bedrooms of the house, all of the bedroom have two single beds, (joinable upon request), each bedroom has its own bathroom with bathtub only one has shower box.

The noble residence "Rocca di Cetona" is set majestically atop of a hill with commanding views over the Chiana Valley, surrounded by the historic town of Cetona. The property has Etruscan roots as three towers, one of which remains. This tower is incorporated in a later 17th century villa and is surrounded by 2 acres of parkland.
