This is a beautiful apartment, beautifully decorated, and very handily situated for central Florence. Would recommend to anyone, and would like to return.
The owners are extremely friendly and the apartment's history fascinating.
A couple of downsides:
The bath is irritating: there is no plug, so you have to use it as a shower.
Very small kitchen, somewhat eccentrically equipped -- don't try elaborate cooking.
The mattress on the main double bed has seen better days: is quite uncomfortable.

We booked this property very esaily and quickly through Easyreserve who were very efficient.
The property was really first class and in a very central position. Extremely clean and comfortable. A very good base for travelling around Tuscany. Sienna and Assisi close and Florence 1 hr drive and Rome 2hr drive.

De feedback die gepubliceerd stond op de website was niet overdreven. Villa Miccia is een ruime aangename woning met een jacuzzi die ook nog werkt ook en altijd warm gehouden wordt. Er waren geen onvoorziene extra kosten en zelfs de kookles was geheel gratis (inclusief de wijn). De eigenaars waren zeer aangenaam in omgang en het was leuk om kennis met hen te maken in hun "eigen omgeving" namelijk hun eigen woning waar de fantastische kookles gegeven werd door Marina. Het dorpje is klein en daarom ook net aangenaam terwijl alle hoofdnoodzakelijke winkels aanwezig zijn. Een auto huren is aangewezen indien je van plan bent om buiten het dorp de rest van Toscane te verkennen (een Fiat 500 was perfect voor de kleine bochtige bergwegen).
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The feedback published on the website was not exaggerated. Miccia is a spacious house with a nice jacuzzi that also works well and is always kept warm. There were no unexpected extra costs and even the cooking class was completely free (including wine). The owners were very pleasant to deal with, and it was nice to meet with them in their "home environment" because of their own home with the wonderful cooking class taught by Marina. The village is small and therefore very enjoyable but all the necessary shops are there. Hiring a car is recommended if you plan to go outside the village to explore the rest of Tuscany (a Fiat 500 was perfect for the small winding mountain roads).Would you recommend this property to a friend? Had a great stay in the "Il Pergolo" appartment. We were very impressed with the standard of the appartment. Really enjoyed eating in the restaurant and the homemade pizzas delivered once per week to our room. My wife also enjoyed the cookery course one morning, and it was great that we could all sample the food at lunchtime. Owners are very friendly and go out of their way to help (e.g. delivering fresh bread from the local shop each morning). Only slight downside when we stayed were the number of annoying horse flies by the pool - not that the owners could do anything about this. Overall, would recommend the Villa Fabbroni and we shall definitely go back one day.

Our stay at the Poggiobello has been fantastic. This has been our favorite place during our trip in Italy. The villa is big, the pool deliciously quiet, the view on the thousand sunflowers fantastic, the owners are lovely people, the location ideal for daytrips, the place is perfect for family with kids. I'm telling you : THIS IS PARADISE.

It was all very good, a beautiful house with a great view on the hills. The rooms were nice furnished and the bathrooms were beautiful. The pool was also very good.
The owner of the house and his family were very helpfull and very kind. We had a very nice stay at Tassinaia.

The villa was fantastic, it was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The owners live in the adjacent building and were really helpful and considerate. The kids loved the pool. It is a great location for touring the Sienna area the drive from Pisa/Florence was quite easy. Being just on the edge of Asciano it was ideal for walking to the local shops. We had a great week, thankyou!

We've rented villas and cottages in France, Canada and the USA, and this is one of the nicest. The 5 of us found Il Pigionale comfortable, charming and practical; it is newly renovated and everything was in good working order. Situated in the Piazza del Commune of the quaint Pergine Valdarno, everything needed is close by: small grocery store, fruits and vegetables and a butcher. It is worth spending time in the village and buying and preparing one's own food - everything was delicious.
The owners, Marina and Francesco, and their cildren Giulio and Irena were very hospitable and always helpful. Marina guided us in the preparation of a delicious Tuscan meal at their home, which was enjoyable.
The village of Pergine Valdarno is in the heart of Tuscany - 45 minutes from Florence, Siena, Cortona, and Assisi is only about 90 minutes away.
