Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der Poolbereich ist mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse grenzt, getrennt durch eine blickdichte Hecke, an eine Straße, die aber nur sehr schwach befahren ist und nicht stört. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das kleine und enge Bad/WC. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig. Die Anlage liegt einsam im Hinterland von Albina. Lebensmittel gibt es in ca. 4 km Entfernung. Strände, Restaurants und Ortschaften müssen immer mit dem Auto angefahren werden.

We had one of our best vacations at this place; Paolo e Sofia were nice and frienfly. The landscape and the pool area were fantastic. We would love to come back here again in the near future. Thanks for ervery thing. Ellie, Shahab,Krien and Rayan.

We found this a magnificent place to stay, charmful and quiet. The owners Pino and Angela + Maddalena were very helpfull, friendly and made us feel at home. Superb.

We've recently returned from a fantastic two week stay and have to say, had an amazing time. We were looking for somewhere to stay where we could take our dog, where we could chill out in the sunshine, yet where there were places for us to visit and things for us to do... Quite specific really. We booked 'ulivo' (#3) and my first first impression when I walked though the door was 'how delightful'! So cosy, self contained and with amazing views from the patio and bedroom. The accomodation was perfect for us. We were tucked away a little, which meant our pooch had an incredible amount of freedom. She was sooo safe. She never goes too far, but even so there are few places I've been in the uk where I've felt that she has had so much secure safe space to sniff, chase birds and potter to her heart's content.
The location is beautiful. Peaceful and full of wildlife. We had an owl living living under our window sill and saw a wild deer and porcupine during our stay. We walked every day, which was a great way to explore the surrounding area - there are some good hills that get the heart beating! Helped counteract the effects of all the amazing food!
Food - the dinners provided are amazing and not to be missed. We went to the welcome dinner on our first night, also the Tuscan meal and the pizza night! I thought I was going to burst! The food was delicious and plentiful... I was amazed at the generosity .. And as a veggie was spoiled rotten with dishes especially cooked for me. For a change of scenery, there is a restaurant in Acone, about 20mins steepishwalk away - loved it, you can roll down hill afterwards.! Also, the restaurant in the main square in Rufina was fab! Great food, always packed with locals yet despite this, quick efficient service with a smile. Great ice cream in Florence, but cheaper in Siena!
I would definitely return, the other guests helped make our holiday extra special, as did the efforts that Gabio, Laura and the team went to to ensure we had the best of holidays. Thank you to all for your warmth, hospitality and generosity, you're the best! :0)

Very clean home, beautiful location, and lovely home owners were near bye to answer any questions.
Pool could have been cleaned better, was a little cloudy. Bringing the property up to date with better tv signal & internet would be an added plus.

The Villa as well as the garden were great. The house itself was very clean and especially with 3 little children it was ideal to have 3 independent entries/kitchens. The village nearby is nice and you get the most important things there. For bigger supermarkets you have to go around 25 minutes by car which is ok if you go 1 or 2 times.

Gorgeous house situated on a working vineyard and olive oil plantation in Tuscany. House is beautifully decorated and incredibly well situated for touring Tuscany. Owners and support staff are incredibly nice and very attentive. They go above and beyond--very willing to help with anything that you need. Be sure to ask about their food shopping service and the chef--as both are well worth the money. Both of these things made arrival incredibly easy. Also, they will give you a tour of the vineyard if you ask which is lots of fun for all. The only surprise came at check-out when we received the bill for the electric. We were very conservative about using electricity but it was an additional 600 euros per week. This doesn't detract at all from the awesome nature of the property--it is just something to factor in. There is also a 400 euro cleaning fee which is mandatory.

Amazing. First comment from my kids when we arrived, I can't believe you rented an entire hotel for us. Absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family with kids. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure we had a great vacation. The chefs (called mamas ) made delicious Tuscan delights. The location was centrally located near sienna. We will definitely be back

Villa is really very charming and located in very nice, panoramic position, however the access is quite difficult (unpaved road) and off-road car is recommended. The rooms are quite small, so max 8 adults can stay in the villa.
