Eine Perle in der Toscana ist dieses kleine aber sehr feine Haus. Hier hat man Urlaub von Anfang an und es mangelt einfach an nichts in diesem Haus. Peinliche Sauberkeit und ein Vermieter der stets für seine Gäste da ist, das Grundstück und den Pool sauber hält und trotzdem sehr diskret ist und die Privatsphäre respektiert. Der aber auch seine Gäste immer wieder mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt und stets Tipps parat hält für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr. Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr willkommen und wohl bei Michele und seiner Frau. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradis.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A pearl in Tuscany is this small but very fine house. Here you have holidays from the beginning and it simply lacks nothing in this house. Embarrassing cleanliness and a landlord who is always there for his guests, keeps the grounds and pool clean and yet very discreet and respects the clients' privacy. But also his guests are always spoiled with regional delicacies and tips for trips in the area, restaurants, attractions and much more. We always feel very welcome and good here with Michele and his wife. We look forward to our next vacation in this little paradise.

Exceptional house....we stayed in number 8 for 6 weeks.
The warmth and efficiency of the hosts were excellent. The house very quickly became home. Everything from the home, the cooking class, the determination of the hosts to ensure we and all others on holiday there, spent the best and happiest and most fulfilling time there was above and beyond service. I would stay there again at any time.

Great House and fantastic view. Everything perfect. Huge olive garden surrounded by fences, good for travelling with dog.

Pour les amateurs de "seuls au monde". Confort réduit mais suffisant. Jeunes propriétaires extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Le chemin d'accès nécessite une voiture en bon état, plutôt 4X4. Nous y avons croisé chevreuil, lièvres, faisans et sangliers.

Atemberauschende Lage mit Meeresblick. Die große Terrasse mit Pergola ist das Wohnzimmer an Sonnentagen. Die Bäder im Haus sind etwas klein geraten, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir haben viel gelesen, weil das Fernsehen viel rarabisch-, etliche italienisch- und wenig englichsprachige Sender ermöglicht. Gepflegte Anlage.
Die Rundfahrt um die ganze Insel ist im südöstlichen Teil ein Abenteuer, da die Asphaltstraße hinter Canelle aufhört und zur Schotterpiste mit Löchern und viel Kurven wird. Wenn man Pelikano erreicht, kann man aufatmen und hat schnell Ercole mit seiner Altstadt erreicht.

Landhuis Il Meleto in Sinalunga is gelegen op een heuvel in het wonderschone Toscane. Het sfeervolle huis is 700 jaar oud en ligt op een schitterend landgoed. De goed onderhouden tuin is prachtig en staat vol bloemen en geurende bomen en struiken. Er is een heerlijk zwembad omgeven met voldoende ligstoelen.
Het huis is in het bezit van de familie Tiezzi. De vriendelijke Annamaria, behulpzame Livio en hun zoon Giovanni (die goed Engels spreekt) stonden indien nodig voor ons klaar en niets was teveel.
Het huis was erg schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Wanneer je met een groep daar verblijft is er voldoende ruimte om ook even apart te gaan zitten. Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron etc.
Wij hadden al foto's van het huis gezien op internet, maar in werkelijkheid is het huis en het landgoed eromheen nog veel mooier!
Wanneer je een groep van ongeveer 8-10 personen naar Toscane wil gaan is dit 'the place to be'. Ik wil hier graag nog eens naar terug!
