Thank you for this great vacation. It is a wunderful huge area. The Villa is spacious and in a typical Toscan style. We've got some welcome gifts, like wine, pastries, drinks, cookies. Our host Andrea was available at any time. It was perfect for our family. Thank you!

Spacious and bright apartment, clean and very close to the beach. Dated but functional furniture, equipped with every need. Our stay was very positive. Four star rating.

overall good but a lot of details that lower the note. The photos in the suite are to the advantage of the Villa but do not quite reflect the reality. The villa and its exteriors lack maintenance, the smell of dampness prevented us from using the downstairs bedroom. Wifi isn't really one, almost impossible to surf the internet when we don't have a network. Also, the description for a partially fenced property was incorrect, which justified our choice. Beautiful swimming pool, really quiet place therefore to be taken into consideration according to the criteria sought. Special mention for our agent on site that was very attentive.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie respektieren die Privatsphäre. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Familie Guidi für die schöne Führung, die interessanten Informationen und die erholsame und schöne Zeit bei ihnen. Herzlichen Dank für das wohlschmeckende Obst aus dem Garten. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt.

appartementen zijn heel netjes en goed verzorgd. overal horren voor ramen is fijn gezien de muggen. Gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk, geeft goede service. zwembad prima! 1 klein minpuntje is dat huis 2 meter vanaf drukke weg staat. vooral in 1 van de slaapkamers die met raam grenst aan de weg is er wel verkeersgeluidshinder. Wellicht is dit nog enigszins te verbeteren door luiken voor dit ruim te plaatsen die je 's nachts dicht kunt doen.

We enjoyed three weeks with a family of four. Two houses with several holiday appartments. Each appartment has big a terrace on another level in the hill, so that you are not disturbed by the others. The flat was clean and in good condition. Beds were good. Big fridge. Kitchen was rather basic (no oven, no dish washer), but o.k. Wifi was slow and broke down regularly. Big area with olive trees surrounding the houses. The kids loved the big swimming pool which was also in good condition. There was a seperate fireplace for BBQ with nice view over the valley which we enjoyed three times. Price-Quality - good. Helpful owner who comes immediately if there are problems. To be recommended.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette maison fantastique à Seggiano. Les amis et la famille se sont succédés et tant la situation que le caractère de la maison ont fait l'unanimité. Un merci particulier à Giuliano, le propriétaire, qui est une personne très sympathique, disponible et très serviable.
Je vous recommande vivement cette demeure qui nous a procuré beaucoup de plaisir.
