The house is 1 km from the beach.
The sea and the promenade can be reached both by car and on foot, following the main street. On foot, also through a shorter walking path in the countryside (10 minutes walk).
The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town of Levanto.
It's slightly set on a hill, in the green of the olive trees.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
You can reach the main beach “Bagni Casinò” with a walk: it is about 1 km from the house (15 minutes on foot).

Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.

It is worth noting that 2 rooms located on the lower ground floor feature a separate entrance and belong to a different owner, who occasionally uses them for holiday purposes. Guests occupying those rooms do not have access to the swimming pool. This arrangement is entirely independent from your accommodation and does not affect the comfort or privacy of your stay in the main apartments.
