Teto belongs to the Fattoria di Fubbiano, an estate producing one of the most renowned wines of Lucca area. It is located in a sunny position, on the Eastern hills of Lucca, with wine cellars and acres of vineyards, olive groves and woods. We have been renting here, for many years, two of the ancient properties belonging to the characteristic 'borgo': Fubbiano, the main villa, and Magrini, a restored farmhouse. From season 2013 we are glad to add this third property, Teto. The house had been acquired years ago by an American, who totally restored and transformed it in a very comfortable residence for his family use. It has recently sold it back to the Fubbiano estate, that will grant same attention and care for making it a most enjoyable holiday home. Idyllically situated among vineyards and olive groves this lovely house benefits of the proximity of the borgo, where the local office and the wine cellars are located, yet enjoying full privacy because of its secluded position on the western side of the estate. The views from the estate are the ones of the typical Tuscan countryside, with vineyards, tower bells and the plain of Lucca below and the Monti Pisani hills in the distance. The interiors have been comfortably equipped and furnished in a delightful yet discreet country style and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The exterior offers a peaceful and panoramic setting with a lovely blossomed garden where to relax and a nice pergola where to have outdoor meals enjoying the views and the quiet of the surroundings.

This wonderful farmhouse is located in a very peaceful area in the hills outside the village of Massarosa, close to the Versilia coast, renowned for its endless coastline with the many famous beach clubs. The house was recently totally restructured to a very high standard, and has been equipped with all modern comforts. A DSL internet connection has been installed and air conditioning is available in all bedrooms at extra cost. The interior has been decorated with furniture that the owners collected all over the world during their travels, and the result is an ambience full of character, with a unique ethnic feel. Casa Luciana is one of our most advisable properties for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside. In the large, well groomed garden there is a conveniently furnished pergola with a wood oven and barbeque which make it the perfect setting for nice al fresco dinners. At the back of the house there is a large patio overlooking the property’s swimming pool area, which is completely fenced and therefore is also ideal for children’s safety. The pool is surrounded by trees and lawns and, in a shady position, there is a table tennis. The interior of the house has been furnished in a very comfortable way and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. This charming apartment is located in a very central position, in the medieval part of Lucca, 50 metres away from the Guinigi Tower - one of the most renowned attractions of the town. Restaurants, cafés and shops are therefore all within walking distance. The bright interiors of Il Mezzanino are furnished in a very cosy style with great care for details. Magrini is a pretty stone-built farmhouse belonging to the Fubbiano estate where guests can enjoy the farm atmospheres and landscapes. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred metres from the borgo with wine cellars and olive oil mill. The white and red D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products. From the house, beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves on the estate, and also the pretty village of San Gennaro which is just a few minutes walk away, reachable through a country path. A lovely swimming pool (10 x 4) has been installed in a very panoramic position, on a slightly higher hillock. The English-speaking manager of the estate is available for assistance. She lives in an independent house adjacent to Al Magrini but in no way she interfers with clients' privacy.

They decided to maintain a sound rapport with the territory and therefore only 30 types of Mediterranean flora are cultivated. The farm has developed its own extracts and essential oils into a full line of natural cosmetics, food supplements and herbal teas. The pre-existing stone-built farmhouse has been renovated in total respect of the rural architecture of the area and is now a lovingly furnished eco-farm that reflects the owners' love for nature. Description
Villa Il Segreto is located in a dominant position on the hills of Versilia, in Tuscany, with spectacular panoramic sea view up to Livorno and islands such as Gorgona and sometimes even Elba. The location is ideal for those who want to live a relaxing holiday without having to give up days at the sea, which is only 9km from here, or for visiting the cultural cities of the area such as Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Carrara with its marble quarries, or simply stroll among the shops in Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
The property consists of approximately 2000 square meters of private garden and consists of:
- Pool area (closed by wooden gates from both home side and parking lot side):
Private swimming pool with sea view, it measures 6 x 12 meters, depth from 1 to 2 meters and always open, lit up at night. At the pool there are several deck chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
In the garden around the pool is also a gazebo with panoramic views of the sea and relaxing sofas, table tennis and a secondary gazebo.
- In front of house a covered porch area where you will find a relaxation area with sofas and dining table. Opposite is the dependance.
- Bocce Zone: field to play bocce divided by a gate.
Outside, off the entrance gate, there are 4 private parking spaces.
The villa, enjoying a breathtaking view, is reached via a paved road a little steep and not perfectly suitable for cars too large and / or too low.
