This property is situated in a private and beautiful position in the hills between Lucca and the coast. From the property, there are spectacular views over the countryside and the plains of Pisa and Lucca in the distance. The house has been furnished in a charming and comfortable country style. A wonderful feature is the wisteria covered pergola, which stretches along the front of the house, furnished with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco meals. Just in front of the pergola there is a special swimming pool with cascading water that has been installed in the most panoramic spot on the estate. Even though in a secluded position, Al Seminario is conveniently located just a 30 minute drive from the beaches, and 20 minutes from the nearest motorway exit (Massarosa), making it suited for trips to Lucca, Florence and other Tuscan towns. On request it is possible to arrange mountain biking excursions, hiking, horseback journeys and boating excursions in the Lucca Province. The one kilometre unsealed road is not suitable for very low sports cars.

Designed by the owners themselves (both are artists, architects and interior designers), the property is a unique building: constructed on a hill of marble, it offers bright interiors with beautiful panoramic views of Lucca.
The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.
The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).

Casa Fiora is a charming farmhouse situated high in the hills that divide Lucca from the Versilian coast. The owners completed restoration of the property in 2004, and the result is a very cosy and welcoming countrystyle residence. The farmhouse fully reflects its Tuscan traditions with a careful preservation of the wood beam ceilings and the antique terracotta floors. Casa Fiora has two panoramic terraces that are ideal for dining “al fresco”. One of the terraces faces the swimming pool; the other is on the opposite side of the farmhouse, so there is always a shady area during the day. The lovely swimming pool is placed in a superb position overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys. Casa Fiora is located only a few meters from “La Sorgente”, one of the most popular farmhouses in our programme. The two properties can be rented together for groups up to 18 people.

This villa, dating from the 16th century, still retains the atmosphere of a an antique Templar residence. The central part of the villa and the right wing have recently been totally restored, maintaining the cotto floors and the beamed ceilings, yet adding all modern comforts. There is a piano in the sitting room, available for guests. To the front of the villa, there is a beautiful stone courtyard where it is possibile to enjoy the meals prepared by the helpful staff, who lives on the premises. Just 100 meters away a swimming pool was installed among the olive groves. Villa di Montelopio is situated in the village it is named after, just 15 minutes drive from the medieval village of Castelfalfi, with its renowned 18 hole golf course. This beautiful property belongs to the Campalli estate, a huge farm of 750 acres that produces Chianti Classico wine, and includes the Castle of Campalli.The 360° view from each point on the estate ranges over endless rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves. On a clear day it is possible to see the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. La Corte di Campalli is an impressive stone-built farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century. It takes its name from the striking internal courtyard around which it was built. The property was recently restored by its discerning owners, who used authentic traditional materials of the area and equipped it with all modern facilities. The interiors are particularly airy and spacious, with doors both to the courtyard and to the garden. Guided tours of the estate and the castle, including Tuscan wine tasting, can also be arranged. Past clients particularly appreciated the visit of the wine cellars guided by the very helpful owners, and the experience is even more enjoyable in September, a beautiful month for visiting this part of Tuscany, when the guests can assist and participate to the wine harvest. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The functional interiors are provided with modern facilities, such as Sat-TV, DSL connection, safe, mosquito nets and stereo; air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (at extra cost). The farmhouse looks onto a lovely garden, with a well kept lawned area in front, hosting a wide range of plants and flowers: geraniums in Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden, a 135 year old, shade providing holm-oak and beyond, olive trees and vineyards. In a pleasant setting amongst the olive groves, there is a lovely swimming pool. It is possible to book organized excursions to major sites of interest and wine tours upon request. Casa Tonio is part of a large farmhouse and is particularly suitable for one family. Al Mennucci was originally an old hayloft which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 kms to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance. Both the house and the pretty garden are exceptionally well-maintained by the owners, and the interiors are equipped with all modern facilities. The swimming pool, situated to one side of the house, is in a perfect position to enjoy the beautiful views. Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.
