For children there is a large green outdoor space to explore with a five-a-side football goal for fun times with friends. The house is definitely perfect, in our opinion, for family holiday with children or for a small group of friends who want to discover the beauty of Tuscany and the nearby Umbria, renting a villa with private pool.

We guarantee that you will leave your heart in Castiglion Fiorentino. A small town of steep, paved alleyways, ancient buildings, stone stairways and arches and mighty walls dominated by the imposing Cassero tower, guarding the valley. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
