The rectangular pool is lined in PVC and measures 4 x 8 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m. It features chlorine purification, 7 steps for water access, and a solar shower. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. A pergola with a table and seating, sunbeds, deckchairs and additional furnishing accessories surround the pool area, which is also illuminated by interior and exterior lighting, allowing you to enjoy the space during the evening and at night. At the rear of the villa, a traditional brickwork barbecue completes the outdoor offering. The enclosed park of 3,000 sq m provides numerous natural shaded areas thanks to its mature trees, and a dedicated footpath leads directly from the garden to the beach of Straccoligno, located just 100 metres away. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.
