The private non-heated pool, situated approximately 20 meters from the house on the same level and accessible by crossing a stretch of lawn, is rectangular in shape and measures 12 x 6 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. Finished in PVC and accessible via a Roman staircase and an iron ladder, the pool is equipped with a salt purification system and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, a terracotta solarium and a lawn area are furnished with sun loungers, a large pergola, umbrellas, a table, and chairs, while a hot shower completes the poolside amenities. For outdoor dining, a wooden gazebo located just a few meters from the house overlooks the pool and is furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, creating an inviting space for shared meals in the open air. A lift is available for use upon request. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
