The house of Canneto is a semi-detached house located in the outskirts of Pergine Valdarno ancient hamlet near the center of the geographical triangle Arezzo, Siena, Florence. It occupies part of the hilly system between the Valdarno and the Valdichiana to the left of the River Arno. It is crossed by the railway line Florence - Rome and is served by Metro stations or Laterina Ponticino, while the motorway is easily accessible from exits Valdarno if you come from north or Arezzo for those arriving from the south. The landscape is typical of internal rural Tuscany, is covered by forests in the highest part of the hills, cultivated with vineyards and olive trees halfway and finally arable land in the valley of the Arno Scerfio and terraces left. Small lovely house on a hill and panoramic position. Selva degli Ulivi is a small, stone house next to the manor house where the owners live. On a hill and panoramic position, surrounded by olive groves, the house is a ideal starting point to visit Tuscany and the centre of Italy, being not far from the main communication routes.
Wide, green equipped outdoor space and small private pool. All around the house a wide, green space equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. At clients disposal also a nice round pool (diameter mt 4, depth mt 1,20). Moreover in the garden you can enjoy the free Wi-Fi access. Furnishing is nice and comfortable.
