The non-heated swimming pool occupies the most panoramic position on the property, set on a terrace at a higher level than the houses and reached via a few flights of steps followed by a stone path. South-facing and rectangular with one infinity side, it measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.15 to 1.40 metres. Lined in PVC and bordered by travertine slabs that give way to a green lawn, the pool features 5 large steps for water access in one corner, chlorine purification, and internal lighting, with additional lighting in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area is furnished with umbrellas, small tables, comfortable sunbeds, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April.
