In the garden is a nice view of the Apuan Alps while relaxing in the beautiful covered Veranda and cooking on the barbecue.

The house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant “promenade” connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride, not forgetting restaurants and stores. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre.
