They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom furnished with a king size bed, offering direct access to the garden and featuring a private en suite bathroom with shower. A separate toilet and laundry room complete this level. Ascending the staircase from the living room, the first floor features a wide corridor adorned with panoramic windows that flood the space with natural light. Check in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, while check out is required by 10 am. The property is protected by mosquito nets throughout to ensure comfortable evenings. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.
