The well-appointed villa has been authentically restored and is surrounded by olive groves, making it perfect for 5 to 6 couples or extended families. Internet Wifi connectivity ensures you stay connected throughout your stay, while convenient parking facilities are provided on the property. The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later. The fresh water pool with integrated Jacuzzi is open from May through September and you should note that the Jacuzzi is not a hot tub. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds, tables and chairs with umbrellas for your comfort. Adjacent to the pool you will discover a changing room with a bathroom featuring a shower and a well equipped fitness room. The lawn is beautifully bordered with rose bushes and olive trees, creating a picturesque setting. A stone patio houses a barbecue and provides shaded space for al fresco dining at a long table accommodating 12 people with comfortable chairs. Steps from the patio lead you down to the pool area, allowing easy access between the outdoor living spaces.

The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a confortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. A 600 metre drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the centre of an estate producing olive oil and wine.
When you arrive at Malmantile you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Beautiful farming estate comprising 6 restored units situated on the Chianti hills, a short distance from the village of Mercatale (with general stores) and 22 km from Florence away. This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
