There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
