The expansive private park and garden, exclusively reserved for guests and completely enclosed by fencing and natural hedges to ensure total privacy, extend across approximately 2,500 square metres of carefully maintained grounds. Large areas of lawn, ideal for children's play and leisurely relaxation, are complemented by brightly coloured flowering bushes, numerous olive trees, and tall shady trees that provide natural shelter from the summer sun. The impressive stone portico at the entrance to the house serves as a wonderful outdoor living space, furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue, making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the portico, a large terraced panoramic area offers an ideal spot for unwinding while taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the most secluded corner of the property, set on a lower terrace approximately 15 metres from the house and reached by crossing the garden and descending a short flight of steps. The rectangular pool measures 4 by 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, and features a PVC lining with a stone edge, submerged steps for easy water access, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that also illuminates the surrounding area. A cold-water shower, an umbrella, small tables, and comfortable sunbeds complete this inviting poolside setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may differ at the time of your arrival.

Holiday home Villa i Colli is a nice property (300 sq m) that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (5174 ft) from Montaione, Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from San Gimignano. The property which situated approx 1 km from Montaione and rented as a single environment of about 300 sqm, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. This party room can be booked on request, with an on site supplement payment.

Set within a fully fenced garden of approximately 3,000 sqm, the villa is surrounded by vineyards, woodland, and the gently undulating Tuscan countryside. Guests benefit from on-site parking for up to 3 cars, conveniently located beside the annexe along a cypress-lined driveway. Wi-Fi internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. The expansive yard, with its lawns on several levels, stone terraces, and lush Mediterranean vegetation, provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The owners' house is adjacent to the property, separated by a fence; they do not reside there on a daily basis but remain available if needed.

The garden at Villa Loredana is a beautifully landscaped outdoor sanctuary extending over approximately 3,000 sqm, with lawns arranged across several levels connected by stone steps and framed by hedges, cypress trees, and Mediterranean plantings. A shaded dining area beneath a large tree invites al fresco meals in the open air, while a stone terrace adorned with colourful potted plants provides an elegant setting for relaxing moments. A brick barbecue positioned near the pool area is ideal for outdoor cooking and convivial gatherings. At the far end of the garden, a decorative pond adds a tranquil and picturesque finishing touch to the landscape. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The pool area is situated on a slightly lower level than the main house and is accessed via a tiled path. The main swimming pool, which is non-heated, measures 12 x 6 metres with a variable depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 metres. It is rectangular in shape, fitted with a PVC lining, chlorine purification system, internal lighting, and a metal ladder for access. Adjacent to it, a dedicated children's pool measures 6 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 0.50 metres, making it perfectly safe for younger guests. Both pools are bordered by a light stone solarium furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables, and ornamental features. A shower is also available within the pool area. The pools are open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

On the first floor, guests will find 2 double bedrooms, a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, complemented by a further bathroom with shower.
The annexe, on its ground floor, comprises a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a service kitchen with a washing machine, with direct access to a tiled terrace featuring a wooden roof. The first floor of the annexe hosts a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, which is equipped with a hand shower but no bidet. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and in the living room of the main farmhouse.
