An extendable cover allows the pool to be fully enclosed and connected to the adjacent glazed veranda, forming a single unified space of approximately 180 square meters that is entirely usable even during the winter months, as the environment is equipped with heating that brings the air temperature to between 24° and 30/32°C and the water temperature to a maximum of 35°C, making this a heated pool facility in the colder season. The veranda itself is elegantly furnished with sofas, armchairs, tables, and a dining and reading area, and is connected directly to the interior of the villa through the wellness level. The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival.
