Interior:
The property has two floors, with access to the ground floor from various points. The main entrance is located in the portico area, giving access to the living area composed of an elegant entrance hall, guest bathroom, dressing room, then continuing on to the typical Tuscan kitchen, to the sitting room with fireplace and TV corner and to the dining room. To the left of the main entrance is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and with access from the sitting room, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for disabled people and French window with ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, with outside access, is the laundry and the area with the pizza oven. An internal stone staircase leads up to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with queen-size bed and two bathrooms with showers. All the rooms on this floor have air-conditioning. (16-bed version) With outside access only, a terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. All the rooms have air-conditioning.

Villa Elisa is surrounded by a 8000 sq m flat green lawn, completely fenced-in and bordered by hedges of laurel, embellishd by multicoloured floral essences, bushes of herbs, antique terracotta pots with beautiful geraniums, tall poplars that delimit the pool area and pines with broad shady foliage benefitting the outdoor living area and the tennis court. Adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the garden, you will find a porch with two ceiling fans where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in complete relaxation, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the kitchen and the porch there is a pizza oven and modern barbecue where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them in total tranquillity under the porch.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located in front of the villa which is only 30 metres away, is reached across the lawn. It has a large solarium in terracotta with two big umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and tables. Completely fenced-in for your children's safety, the rectangular pool measures 6.5 x 14.5 m with the depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.6 m and purified with chlorine. With Roman steps for access to the water, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has internal lights and wide-beam external lighting. There is also a hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar located in the changing hut. Solar panels warm the water, sun permitting, by 2/3 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Tennis-court:
The non professional fenced-in, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin and has night lighting and a practice wall. It is located about 20 m from the house, next to the parking area and swimming pool. Four tennis rackets are available on site.

The outdoor spaces of Torre al Poggio are as captivating as its interiors. The garden, covering approximately 500 square metres, is a harmonious blend of paved terraces, grassy lawns, and natural plantings including aromatic herbs, flowers, and olive trees. At the back of the property, a forest of cypresses and oaks forms a natural boundary with the surrounding village, providing a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. In front of the villa, a welcoming outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs, and a built-in barbecue, making it an ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxed gatherings. A laundry room is conveniently located within the garden area. The non-heated swimming pool, positioned just a few metres from the tower, is rectangular in shape and measures 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.00 metre. It features a heavenly resin finish, chlorine purification, internal LED lighting, access via a Roman staircase, a hydromassage corner, and two small terracotta cherubs with water features at one end. The paved solarium surrounding the pool is furnished with sun loungers, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the panoramic views. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Torre al Poggio is distributed across 3 floors and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a large frescoed living room featuring a living area and a TV corner, alongside a dining room with a vaulted brick ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with curtain closure, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room, features a balcony with a Turkish bath, a double bedroom with curtain closure, and a living room accessible through a kitchenette that cannot be used. The second floor, reached via an internal staircase from the mezzanine-level living room, houses 2 double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, one equipped with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi. Please note that the fireplaces present in the rooms are ornamental and not functional.

Podere Calcheto is a single building consisting of two separate units with an independent, external access. Each unit has two floors connected by both internal and external stairs. UNIT 1: The ground floor in the left wing is composed by a dining room, kitchenette and pantry. From the dining room, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, where you come to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower which leads on to the sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV and to other two double bedrooms, one with divisible beds, with two adjacent bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. UNIT 2: The ground floor in the right wing is composed by a dining room and kitchenette. From the dining room, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor. On the first floor, there are a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, two double bedrooms with divisible beds and two adjacent bathrooms, one with shower (without windows), and another with tub and a dressing room, two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom. On the ground floor, with separate entrance and between the main entrances of the two units, is the laundry room. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
From the entrance gate to the property, a gravel track surrounding Podere Calcheto leads to the parking area and into the splendid 2000 sq m park which is partly manicured lawn with tall shady trees - cypresses, olives and oaks - surrounding the house and the covered outdoor dining area, located a few steps away, equipped with stone barbecue, tables and benches, perfect for dining and chatting.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool is on the right of the entrance gate, 10 m from the house; it measures 12 x 6 m with the depth ranging from 0,90 to 2,06 m. and has internal lighting. The sunbathing area around the pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, a gazebo and a cold-water shower. The pool area is illuminated by two lampposts. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October.

The outdoor spaces of Cinque Cipressi are a true celebration of the Tuscan landscape, thoughtfully arranged across 2 terraces set on gently sloping hilly ground. The upper level features the vine-covered portico, which extends directly from the French windows of the living area and kitchen, and is elegantly furnished for outdoor dining, making it the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals in the open air. A flight of steps leads down to the lower terrace, where the magnificent south-facing swimming pool takes centre stage. The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, measuring 5 x 14 m, with a depth that varies from 1 to 2.50 m. Lined in PVC, it is equipped with a ladder and submerged steps in one corner for easy water access, and features chlorine purification for clean, safe bathing. Thanks to both internal and external lighting, the pool can also be enjoyed after dark. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The stone-paved sunbathing area surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds, a sofa with armchairs sheltered beneath a gazebo, and an umbrella for shaded relaxation. On one side, a cold-water shower provides refreshment, while a stone structure housing a barbecue and wood oven invites outdoor cooking and convivial gatherings. The pool is situated approximately 20 m from the house and is easily reached from the portico in just a few steps.

The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a small hallway with stairs rising to the first floor. To the right, a large living room awaits, featuring a dining table, a seating area with sofas, an ornamental fireplace, and a satellite TV. To the left of the hallway, the well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the furnished portico through French windows, as does the living room. Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower provides comfortable accommodation, and a dedicated laundry room completes this level. The first floor is home to 3 further bedrooms: a double bedroom with an open-plan bathroom featuring a shower and double basin, a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower, and a second double bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower. Please note that the bathrooms throughout the property do not have bidets, and air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms.

Podere Il Chiesino is located in the heart of the hills of the Val di Cecina, framed by a typical Tuscan landscape. The house is just a short distance from the small borgo of Montecatini Val di Cecina, renowned over the centuries for the mineral wealth of the subsoil and where it is still possible to visit the old copper mine, now renovated and designated as a museum. The house has two floors and presents itself as a typical Tuscan rustic-style farmhouse in stone, from the terracotta floors (in the living area) to the exposed wooden-beamed ceilings and stone-framed windows, with open areas where the rooms communicate with each other through particular arched openings. The furnishings of the house, too, recall the typical Tuscan rustic style, with wooden furniture and rooms in warm welcoming colours. In the sleeping area is an elegant floor in light porcelain stoneware with finishes in terracotta and pietra serena. The house is composed of three bedrooms and a family suite (with double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds), all with private bathroom and air conditioning, a comfortable dining room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen facing the garden, and a room with TV and fireplace. The pride of this property is the veranda: a large room, flooded with light and enclosed by large windows offering a magnificent view of the town of Volterra. Interior:
Podere Il Chiesino has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a large dining room. To the left is the large, modern and well-equipped kitchen with outside access. To the right of the entrance is a small sitting room with fireplace and TV. From here you then continue to a double bedroom, with direct access to the garden, and, on the opposite side, to a hallway with a handy wardrobe and a bathroom with shower serving the ground-floor bedroom. Next to the bathroom is a technical room with laundry area. Returning to the sitting room, you come to the beautiful, glass-enclosed veranda, facing the pool, with a nice dining table and sitting area. An internal staircase from the sitting room leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a family suite with a double bedroom, a separate room with two bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and TV and access to the raised floor of the external garden.
Park:
The beautiful garden surrounding the property extends for 500 sq m over an area of 20 hectares of land and is completely fenced and entirely accessible. Just past the entrance gate, you come to the parking area, shaded by tall pine trees. From the parking area, the main entrance is reached up a flight of stone and brick steps or along the path which also leads to the veranda. The whole garden is covered in lawn and trees, such as pines, olives and firs, that provide many areas of shade, where you can admire the beautiful panorama over the crags of Volterra or the surrounding hills. The house is also adorned with luxuriant creepers and a varied vegetation of flowers, such as roses and daisies, which lend a beautiful touch of colour to the surrounding greenery. The ground-floor bedroom has direct access to the garden and in the main entrance area the French window is adorned with beautiful jasmine, which defines its shape. The bedroom with kitchen on the first floor also has access to the external garden, on a small raised terrace, in the area with the brick-built barbecue. Also in the garden are aromatic plants such as rosemary and laurel, the typical flavours of Tuscany.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located behind the property, in front of the veranda, on terracing below the level of the house and can be reached via a path and then a few stone steps. The rectangular infinity pool, with submerged steps for access to the water; measures 13 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1 to 1,50 m; it is lined in sand-coloured granite and has internal lighting and chlorine purification. The surrounding sunbathing area is arranged with little sofa, umbrellas and sunbeds. There is also a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
