The structure in subdivided into 3 apartments, (there is no internal access between apartments) which come rented to one single party as a single rental villa. The largest apartment holds a dining room large enough for 8 guests to dine together.
The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. They will be available should guests require help or advice for what to visit and where to go to enjoy the best of Tuscany.
The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.

The indoor heated pool is available for use throughout the year. Pool heating is included from May to October, with a maximum temperature of 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. During other periods, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.
The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in. The management team is available to offer assistance and personalised recommendations for a wide range of activities, including excursions, wine tours, cooking experiences, and much more.

Villa Le Corti is located 9 km (5 mi) from Greve In Chianti, Italy and only 35 km (22 mi) from Florence in the tourist area "Chianti".

After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Outdoors you will also find a barbecue grill, tennis court and patio.
