A stone-paved path leads from this area to the swimming pool and solarium, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00, and check-out must be completed by 09:00. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival, payable by cash or credit card. A tourist tax is also to be paid on the spot at the time of check-in.
For stays outside the high and peak seasons, shorter rental periods are available on request, with a minimum stay of 3 nights during low season and 4 nights during mid season. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to an additional fee per pet.
On-site parking is available for guests throughout their stay. The estate is secured by electric gates, ensuring privacy and controlled access at all times. Pool towels are included in the rental, with additional sets available at an extra charge.
