The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner.
The characteristic village of San Feliciano is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a short walk. Here you will find small shops for basic necessities, but above all you will have the opportunity to have lunch or dinner along the lake, with Isola Polvese as a backdrop. In Magione, about 5 km away, you will find supermarkets and shops of all kinds, and in Corciano a large shopping centre.
Lake Trasimeno, with its small towns, water sports opportunities and equipped beaches, is waiting to be discovered. In a little more than an hour you can make the complete tour by car, or better still enjoy a boat trip to Isola Maggiore, with its small fishing village, an activity that is also perfect for your children.
The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 01st June to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space.
