The “borgo” is overlooked by the main villa, a typical Tuscan building dating back to the 18th century. In the grounds there is a private swimming pool in a panoramic position overlooking the plain of Lucca. Beyond the formal garden and terraces there is a small oak wood with a shady path leading to an ancient fountain. Nearby, are the “Grotte Giusti Terme”, a health spa and beauty centre, where guests staying at Fubbiano will have special terms. Adjacent to the main entrance, a generous outdoor living area shaded by large umbrellas is divided into 2 distinct zones: one dedicated to al fresco dining, where guests can enjoy breakfasts and lunches at a spacious table surrounded by the scents of the vineyards, and one arranged as a comfortable outdoor sitting area for relaxation. A mobile barbecue is also available in this area, perfect for organizing convivial gatherings in a setting of absolute tranquility. For younger guests, a ping-pong table is available near the pool alongside the wide lawn, which is ideal for outdoor games. The swimming pool, positioned at the front of the villa approximately 25 meters from the entrance and accessible through the rectangular square in front, measures 7 m x 13 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.40 m. It is a non-heated pool, elegantly lined with blue mosaic in the style of Roman baths, and features 2 internal Roman staircases for easy entry, 3 hydromassage stations, and internal lighting. The teak wood solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers shaded by 3 umbrellas and a hot shower for guests' convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that the 2 side wings of the villa are occupied by the owners, who are described as very discreet and respectful of guests' privacy; however, the garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

Villa Irene is located in a panoramic position on the hills near Montecarlo di Lucca, a small medieval village located between Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Park:
The garden includes a lawn area bordered by olive, cypress and fruit trees, with flower beds of aromatic herbs and seasonal flowers. An outdoor dining and relaxation area is located on the paved terrace in front of the house, with barbecue and covered dining space next to the kitchen. The pool is located in a more secluded part of the garden, accessible by going down a few steps. Parking is available inside the fenced property, near the entrance. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 40 meters from the villa, accessible via two short flights of stairs. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20 m; it is covered in light blue PVC and equipped with a hydromassage area and a Roman staircase for access. Next to it is a children's pool, also rectangular, measuring 12 x 1 m with a depth of 65 cm. The solarium, paved in terracotta, is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

A stone-paved path leads from this area to the swimming pool and solarium, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The paved panoramic solarium surrounding the pool is equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs shaded by a sail, and an outdoor shower is available for guests' convenience. The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests. The welcoming, comfortable terraced house "I Ciliegi" is located in a sunny, elevated position on a hill (470 m a.s.l.) in the characteristic, remote village of Riolo, ideal for detox lovers.
The guest will be able to privately enjoy: a swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, open from May 1st to September 30), shower and toilet in the pool area, a 50 m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, and a public parking on the street 50 meters far.
In the nearby town Bagni di Lucca (6 km distant, about 15 min by car) there are: a grocery store, supermarket, bar and restaurant 6 km away; the sandy beach "Versilia" 50 km away, the thermal pool "Bagni di Lucca" 6 km away (about 15 min by car). Property Il Molino is a beautiful stone building (100 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to seven people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Il Molino is located 12 km (8 mi) from Bagni Di Lucca, Italy and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca - Garfagnana".
The house has a big garden, about 5000 sqm, and part of it (20 sqm) are fenced in case of the presence of a pet.
There is also a small cottage on the property where the owners spend a weekend from time to time in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi connection but being surrounded by forest the connection is not always stable.
