An extra bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this level. All guests must provide a photocopy of their passport and sign a form for the local authorities upon arrival. The property is within walking distance from the city center. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable. Kitchen services, if desired, must be arranged at least 2 months before arrival. An arrival fee applies if you arrive outside the indicated hours.
