In the area in front of the entrance, a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating provides a panoramic outlook over the rolling green hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property's photographic documentation was taken in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding greenery may vary at the time of your arrival.

To the right of the entrance, a short corridor leads to a guest bathroom, a small study, and the entrance to a private suite comprising 3 rooms: a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is arranged. This upper level hosts 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, and 3 en-suite bathrooms, offering ample space and privacy for all guests.

The property can sleep up to 42 guests comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms.
The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.
Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. Small clusters, more or less known, in the middle of the countryside or the green woods, where you can discover the region, the most authentic one.
