The garden, spanning over 1,000 square meters, features a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.4 meters deep, with a waterfall and salt water purification), a tennis table, a gazebo, relaxation areas, and a barbecue.

A car is recommended for guests staying at this property, as it is situated on the outskirts of Camaiore and a personal vehicle greatly facilitates access to local services and nearby attractions.
