Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). During other periods, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.
The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
