From this patio, a few steps descend to a green lawn, naturally framed and sheltered by hedges and a picturesque vine screen, at the centre of which stands the private swimming pool reserved exclusively for the use of guests. The oval-shaped pool, accessed by Roman steps, is lined in PVC and features a depth ranging from 0.80 to 1.20 metres, chlorine purification, and internal lighting that renders it perfectly usable even during the evening hours. A stone walkway leads directly to the pool from the house, and the surrounding lawn sunbathing area is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower is also available poolside for guests' convenience. The swimming pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

It is lined in light-coloured PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, accessible via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, while a gazebo shaded by jasmine provides a charming spot with a table and chairs for leisurely afternoons. Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive trees, and open views across the Tuscan countryside complete this peaceful outdoor sanctuary. Both internal and garden lighting are activated automatically via a twilight sensor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
