The pool measures 7 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and features large entry steps, a sand-coloured PVC lining, and chlorine purification. The pool border is finished in stone, while the surrounding solarium area is paved in terracotta. Sun beds, a sun umbrella, and a cold-water shower are all available for guests' use. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that flower blossoming and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Park:
The park covers approximately 5,000 sqm and is laid out over terraced levels, featuring a mix of lawn and tall trees typical of the area, such as chestnuts, oaks, and larches. Beneath the porch overlooking the pool is the outdoor dining area, which connects to the pergola and the built-in barbecue. Access to the property is via an automatic driveway gate, with a paved path leading to three parking spaces.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on a terraced level lower than the villa, about 20 meters away, and is accessed by crossing the garden and taking a staircase. It has a rectangular shape with dimensions 10 x 5 m; entry is via a beach-like slope that transitions into Roman steps, reaching a maximum depth of 1.30 m. The pool is lined in PVC, sanitized with a salt system, and features night lighting that turns on automatically at dusk. It also includes a motorized PVC cover. The terracotta solarium is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shower with hot water. Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.
Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.

Entry into the water is via a ladder, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system as well as an internal lighting system. The surrounding solarium area features traditional cotto paving and grass, and is furnished with tables, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and a cold outdoor shower. Lovely olive trees frame the pool without obstructing the magnificent views of the countryside and the hills beyond. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
