On the first floor, reached by both an internal wooden staircase and two external staircases, are four bedrooms with respective bathrooms, one with a balcony. The well cared-for park surrounding the villa covers about 7000 sq m. The part adjacent to the villa is paved with stone-effect porcelain stoneware, top quality and non-slip, on which are placed terracotta pots with colourful, fragrant flowers. In the area in front of the sitting room, and reachable from both it and the pool, is the veranda with the nice outdoor dining area and from which, through large French windows, you get to the barbecue area. Nature, olive trees and various herbs embellish the surrounding area that provides absolute privacy. On the right side of the park is an automatic vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate that lead to the parking area along a gravel driveway.
