It can be reached by following an unpaved road (1,5 km) that winds its way through rows of vineyards, and even before you get there you will feel you have been catapulted into another era. The origins of this house are in fact very old and date back at least to 1500, as documented in the register of souls of the parish of Pieve San Giovanni.
The owners, Leone and Giuseppe, have intentionally maintained its rustic, almost medieval appearance in order to preserve its noble origins. The wooden and brick ceilings, the original terracotta floors and the simple and essential furnishings are a rare example of the rural tradition in Tuscany. The Lavanda apartment on the ground floor comprises a living room with spacious kitchenette, dining area, double bedroom, study, bathroom with shower and a storage room. The Glicine apartment, also on the ground floor, consists of a living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a storage room. The Oleandro apartment, created from the renovation of the old shed, contains a living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and small study.

Check-in is available from 3 pm to 7 pm, and check-out is required by 10 am. The rental price includes consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms with weekly linen changes. You should note that any consumption of air conditioning or heating is not included in the rental price and will be charged locally based on actual usage. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 1st to October 31st. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
