Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior permission. All guests must abide by a good neighbor policy and refrain from engaging in illegal activities. Please respect neighbors and reduce noise between 22.00 and 8.00. Party planning is not allowed on the property. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
