Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of Villa Michelangelo are as impressive as the interior, offering a rich variety of areas designed for relaxation, dining, and recreation. The centrepiece of the garden is the magnificent swimming pool, situated in a panoramic position overlooking the rolling green hills of Umbria, just 5 metres from the villa and accessible via 8 steps descending from the portico. The rectangular pool, lined with tiles, measures 14 by 7 metres with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 4 metres. It features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 2 metal ladders for water access. The pool is non-heated and open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The spacious sunbathing area surrounding the pool is paved with tiles, stones, and grass, and is furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and sofas, as well as an outdoor hot and cold-water shower. A few steps below the pool level leads to a dedicated relaxation area complete with changing rooms, a bathroom, and a refrigerator. A sauna is also located on the lawn just a couple of metres from the sunbathing area, adding a further dimension of wellness to your outdoor experience. Under a large portico adjacent to the dining room's French windows, a beautifully arranged outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, furnished with chairs, tables, armchairs, and coffee tables. A large gazebo near the pool provides an additional setting for evening dining under the open sky. The garden also features a barbecue and wood oven, perfect for preparing and sharing meals in the open air. A wooden staircase leads further up to the second floor, which opens onto a passage lounge with sofas and armchairs connecting to a large terrace. Interior:
The farmhouse is spread over 2 floors and is furnished in a very functional way. The main entrance leads into the large living room furnished with sofas and a large wooden table. The living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen, to a double bedroom (divisible bed), with bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor can only be reached externally with a stone staircase or with two comfortable ramps that start from the garden. From the veranda, complete with kitchen, dining area and outdoor living area, located on this floor, there is direct access to the living room with fireplace and to the kitchen / dining room. From the living room two corridors lead to the sleeping area. On the right there are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is suitable for disabled people, while the other corridor leads us to a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a further bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property extends for about 12 hectares and is characterized by the presence of olive trees and woods. The area surrounding the property is cultivated with terraced lawn until it reaches the swimming pool area. The large veranda overlooking Lake Trasimeno, an ideal place for outdoor dining and which completes the outdoor area of the property, is equipped with a full built-in kitchen, barbecue, dining area with tables and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas and coffee table. The parking area, with ten uncovered parking spaces, is located above the building at the end of the avenue.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.
Pool:
The fenced pool is about 20 meters from the house and is accessed via a staircase or ramp. It measures 5 x 13 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, has access to the pool via steps and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding area is fenced and equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. A characteristic external shower is also available for guests. Access to the fenced pool is via two gates. About 5 meters away from the outdoor kitchen there is a 6-seat heated whirlpool tub.
Pets: Small pets on request and short-haired. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day and must be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8.00 pm should be communicated in advance. In any case, check-in cannot be provided after midnight. A welcoming service is provided for key collection and explanation of the villas, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. All services provided to guests during their stay can only be arranged by or through the restaurant or Tenuta Umbra.
