Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from La Villa-farneta, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 13 km (8 mi) from Cortona. Property Villa Anita is a beautiful stone building (240 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with four bathrooms.
The villa develops on three floors and it is divided into three apartments. Nevertheless, the are internally communicating with each other.
