The first floor, which can also be accessed via an external staircase adjacent to the villa, features a dining room combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, and a double bedroom accompanied by a reading room and furnished with a double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for 2 guests. This level also includes a bathroom with shower. The second floor houses 4 generous double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Casa Lionardo has two bedrooms and a very large living room. The house is used in autumn and winter for cultural gatherings dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci.
The house's book collection is impressive and available to guests if they are careful with the books.

Leaving the kitchen on the left, you come to a double bedroom with divisible beds direct outside access through a French window, and ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine. A terracotta staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area with a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and tub and the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

From here you will be welcomed by a triumphant garden full of colour: beds of flowers, Mediterranean herb bushes, cypresses and centuries-old olive trees from Spain and Apulia. To complete the whole, a beautiful lawn with an attractive, fully-equipped swimming pool. Next to the pool there is the children area.
